We are always looking for new stockists - pop us a message in the contact form with an outline of your brand and a link to your website, or email us your catalog at hello@loveyogababy.com.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to a street or postal address.
If payment has not yet been made, a customer may cancel the order. Once payment has been made the order may only be cancelled before the courier has collected the parcel from us. Love Yoga Baby reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has already been made. This may happen if the goods ordered do not meet our standards, or if stock is not sufficient. Should Love Yoga Baby cancel the order, customers will receive a full refund, without any deductions. If payment is made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) and we do not receive adequate proof thereof within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If the product you receive from Love Yoga Baby is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You can get in touch via email: hello@loveyogababy.com and we ask that you send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged item you have received. We will then arrange to collect the product with no additional charge. Once we have inspected the product and your return validated, we will, if you so wish, replace the product and dispatch it within 7 working days. Alternatively, we will refund you the purchase price. Please note, all replacement products are subject to availability. Goods will only be classified as damaged if they have been received in this condition. Any items damaged during opening and/or from usage and general wear and tear cannot be considered as damaged.
All orders are dispatched via FastWay and/or PostNet. Delayed deliveries are not cause for refunds or returns. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for proof of delivery, we can only verify via the courier company whom signed for the package at the requested delivery address.
Depending on the delivery destination, orders may take between 2 and 5 working days. If payment is made via EFT, the order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared. 2 - 5 working days applies from this date. Please always check the delivery address you supply on order, as Love Yoga Baby cannot be held liable for any incorrect addresses entered in to the system. Please ensure that there is someone home during delivery hours, or that you supply a work address, as the parcel must be signed for on receipt.
Main City Centres: Free delivery for orders over R450 R80 delivery fee for all orders under R450   Outlying areas: A standard shipping fee of R140 is charged for all orders to outlying areas
Depending on required quantities, there may be certain shipping restrictions or additional costs for large orders. For large or wholesale orders please contact us on hello@loveyogababy.com.

We do our very best to ensure that every Love Yoga Baby product is without defect and of the best quality. All our products carry a 30 day quality warranty after purchase, and you may report defects during this time by emailing us at hello@loveyogababy.com. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the failure to use the product as intended or in a reasonable manner, and negligence.
